Return Conditions
1.1 TAC accepts return requests within 30 days from the date of purchase.
1.2 The returned product must be in its original condition, undamaged, with all accessories included, and suitable for resale.
Return Process & Liability
2.1 If the returned product is received damaged or incomplete, please contact our Customer Service immediately. Upon verification, TAC will assume full responsibility.
2.2 For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
