1. Can the products be installed by one person?
---Most products could be installed by one person. Heavy-duty one, such as bumper and grill guard, may need more than one person. If drilling and cutting needed, you will be notified in the description or installation instruction.
2. Does it need drilling or cutting on vehicle for installation?
--Most products are installed without drilling or cutting. If drilling and cutting needed, you will be notified in the description or installation instructions.
3. How to make sure if order the correct step rails/running boards?
-- Please make sure what the YEAR, MODEL and CAB size of your vehicle is, and filter to find the compatible product. Or sending three pictures about the front , side and rear of your vehicle to our E-mail (TAC-office@tacautoparts.com) for further confirmation before ordering.
4. How much weight the running boards or sidebars can be hold?
--It's different for different products. Please kindly to check the detail page of product.
5. Would the bull bar interfere with the front sensors?
--Bull bar will probably interfere with the front sensors.
6. Does the bull bar block license plate?
--Yes. Relocation bracket would be included for Predator Bull Bar, but 3" Tubular Bull Bar is NOT including relocation bracket.
7. What to do if it's failed to install the item?
--If you find the product can't be installed, please feel free to contact us through E-mail (TAC-office@tacautoparts.com). We'd glad to help you to deal with it.
8. How to do if receiving defective item?

9. Do the products be shipped to PR or Hawaii?
--We're sorry that products are NOT available for PR or Hawaii at present.
10. When will the product be shipped out?
--It will be shipped out the next business day after purchasing via FedEx ground.
11. When do I expect to receive the product?
--We're unable to tell an arrival date. For your reference, the products are shipped by FedEx ground, which normally takes 3-4 business days.
